4lvion, also referred to as Alvion, is a digital studio focused on websites, automation and AI systems for modern local businesses.
For privacy questions, requests or complaints, you can contact us at contact@4lvion.com.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect information when you visit our website, use our chatbot, submit a project request, apply to become a partner, refer a business or contact us by email.
This policy does not cover websites, platforms or services operated by third parties, even if they are linked from our website.
Information you provide directly: name, email address, phone or WhatsApp, business details, project goals, current digital situation, preferred solution, partner application details, referred business information and any message you choose to send us.
Referral information: if you refer a business, you may provide information about the business, contact person, business type, business need, referral context and whether we may contact them directly.
Technical information: our hosting and security providers may process technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, approximate location, timestamps, requested pages, error logs and security events.
Email information: if you contact us by email or receive an automatic confirmation, email delivery providers may process sender, recipient, timestamps and delivery metadata.
To understand your request and respond to you.
To evaluate potential projects, prepare proposals and contact you about your business needs.
To review partner applications and manage referred business opportunities.
To send internal notifications to the Alvion team when a form or chatbot request is submitted.
To send confirmation emails or operational communications related to your request.
To protect the website, prevent abuse, debug errors and maintain service reliability.
To keep basic business records where reasonably necessary.
Where applicable, we process personal data based on one or more legal bases: your consent, our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and operating our business, the need to take steps before entering into a contract, performance of a contract, and compliance with legal obligations.
If you provide information about a referred business or contact person, you should only share information that you are allowed to share and that is relevant to the referral.
When you submit information through the chatbot, your answers are sent to our server-side API and may be forwarded internally through tools such as Telegram so that the Alvion team can review and respond.
The chatbot is used to collect structured business information. It is not intended for highly sensitive information such as government ID numbers, passwords, financial account details, medical records or confidential third-party secrets.
We may also use an email provider such as Resend to send operational email notifications or confirmations.
We may use third-party service providers to host the website, process form submissions, send emails, route domain email, deliver internal notifications, protect the website and manage technical infrastructure.
Current or potential providers may include Vercel for hosting, Resend for email delivery, Telegram for internal notifications and Cloudflare for domain, DNS or email routing services.
These providers should only receive the information needed to provide their services. We do not sell personal data to advertisers.
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy.
Project and partner enquiries that do not become active projects may generally be kept for up to 12 months unless a longer period is required for security, legal, administrative or business reasons.
Information related to active clients, proposals, invoices or business relationships may be kept for the duration of the relationship and for the period required by applicable legal, tax or accounting obligations.
You may ask us to delete your information, subject to legal or legitimate retention requirements.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information submitted through the website, including server-side processing for API keys, environment variables for secrets, input validation, rate limiting and security headers.
No online service can guarantee absolute security. You should avoid sending passwords, payment card details, identity documents or highly sensitive information through the chatbot.
Some service providers may process data in countries different from your country of residence. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards, provider agreements or other lawful mechanisms for such transfers.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, request portability of your data, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, or lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
To exercise your rights, contact us at contact@4lvion.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding to certain requests.
Our website and services are intended for businesses and professional users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
